Nausea

I recently had a sinus surgery. My neuro had me stop Tec 5 days before and restart 2 days after surgery. This is my second day on the 240mg dose. I have nausea, heartburn, upset stomach and I am severly bloated.
Has any else went off Tec for a week then restart at the 240mg dose?
I was able to control the stomach issues with zantac when I started but that was with the 120mg dose.
I had been on Tec for 16 months.

I didn't start and restart but do have nausea and stomach pain after the Tecfidera sometimes. I bought some ginger root and make myself some tea and that really helps, Also, my stomach seems to handle it better with a boiled egg
