How long is recommended between stopping another disease modifying drug and starting on Aubagio?

I had no wait between my last Tysabri infusion and starting Aubagio - started 10 days after only due to timing of getting my first prescription.

I'm now on Lemtrada and had no wait switching from Aubagio.
