I haven't posted for a few months but I thought this situation might be helpful for other Tec users.
I took Tec for 2 1/2 years now but my neurologist thought it was time to come off. My absolute lymphocyte count had dropped below 0.8 and I came down with pneumonia twice this summer (then cellulitis in 3 different spots in August-not sure if this one is related to a weakened immune system). Anyway, I haven't been on anything for about 6 weeks now (going to Copaxone in October) but the sore muscles I have been dealing with for the past two years aren't sore anymore. Six months into the Tec, I started feeling sore and stiff-like I'd overdone exercising but that wasn't the case. Not sure if this is the result of giving up the Tec but maybe... Walked down two flights of stairs last night like a normal person. Thought this info might be useful for other Tec users if they've got muscle pain.
