    add medicine for ms?

hey guys I was wondering if Adderall would help out with my energy level.
right now the only thing I have is caffeine I took Adderall when I was a lot younger. and it really helped my add. sometimes I have trouble sleeping, I am not trying to find something to keep me awake, but there must be something better then caffeine? my ms is really taking all my energy.
the only thing I am on it for is the copaxone, didn't they come out with a pill for ms? Maybe I should look into that, I would love a pill and it be soo much easier then this shot everyday.

Adderall is a meth derivative. Sure it will help you with energy...and memory....but is it good for you?
I have taken it only once. Had a road trip and needed the energy and concentration. It didn't do for me what others describe, but it did help me to be alert and ramble a bit. Don't forget to eat. I don't think it's something you would want to be on long term. You could become psychologically dependent on it.
Do you have any weight issues?
    Breathing issues?
May want to look at Clenbuterol. Found easily, inexpensive and works wonders.

There are 3 FDA approved oral disease modifying therapies: Aubagio, Gilenya, and Tecfidera. Each has a different mechanism of action and unique side effect profile. Aubagio's efficacy rating is the same category with Copaxone (and the other injectables) at around 30%, while Gilenya and Tecfidera are ranked higher at around 50%.
