Has anyone had ringing in your ears as a symptom? I am looking for a needle in a haystack. Trying to tie my MS to my a Military Career. I googled it and said it is a rare symptom.

I've had ringing in my ears (tinnitus) for 30 years now. Even before MS. I don't know if it is a sx of MS, but it can be very annoying. Good Luck to you, WDS

I have tinnitus. I have had it checked out by ENT. They were not able to identify the cause. I know it got much worst as I was leaving the hospital after lumbar puncture. I have never been told it was due to my MS.
MS is not a crisis in my life. It is just a chapter within my life.

I was doing some research on my question and found on WebMD that tinnitus can of course be caused by many things one of them being neurologic disorder i.e. Multiple Sclerosis.

I cannot say anything about ringing in your ears, but if you go to an ENT specialist, they can have an MRI done that will show them your nerves that have to do with your hearing. They did this for me, I am considered deaf in my right ear. Good luck to you
