Possible to transfer with one arm?

I have advanced PPMS and until now I have been able to stand long enough to pull my pants down before transferring from my power chair to the toilet. However, I am losing the ability to stand as my MS progresses. In addition I have lost the use of my right side including my hand. Is it possible to transfer with only one hand?

Barely Strong Enough to Stand

I have a similar problem. My legs have gotten so weak that it is almost impossible for me to stand up long enough to pull up my skirt, underwear, whatever. The only way I can get dressed is to stand up and lean against the bathroom sink long enough to pull up my clothing. It usually takes a few tries. There has got to be a better and less dangerous way to get dressed. I have been to an occupational therapist, but she was not very helpful. I hope someone here can maybe help us both.
