    Anyone have transverse myelitis and...

How long did it last for you? I am on week 3 after high dose IVSM as still have no real noticeable movement in my legs. I just wondered what other peoples experiences were and how long it took to see some improvement, if they ever did.

    Thanks in advance

Lasted many many months for me. But I didn't do steroids.

Why do they call it TM for you and not MS attack?

Semantics in the hospital, no MS specialist available. My MS specialist calls it just another relapse. Thanks for the heads up on the timeline. Did you have to have a ton of PT too?

      Thanks

No. I was able to walk. It felt like walking through molasses, or walking with 20 lb weights only legs. It very slowly receded, but never back to normal. This was 1998. In 2014 I had another attack, still catwalk, but legs feel weighted down and like they want to give out. This eased up a bit within four weeks, but not at all after that. It sucks, I know. I am sorry you can't move your legs.
