My first dose observation for Gilenya was scheduled for February 4. I received something in the mail today congratulating me on my first dose which is scheduled for February 11th. I immediately called them and they admitted the error. I reminded them of all the arrangements my wife and I had to make for the 4th now we have to undo those and make arrangements for the 11th. if this wasn't the first time they made a mistake or blunder I could overlook it.
But ever since I have been dealing with Novartis it has been one thing after another. I certainly hope the medication works better than their customer service.

Maybe your neuro can help so you don't have to change the date ? My MS Specialist has free, 14 day sample packs of Gilenya he can distribute to certain patients. Just maybe he/ she has a sample pack they could supply you so you could still start your first dose on the 4th?
