Years ago, when I overdid it, my left leg would shake uncontrollably, then it would go away after some rest. Overdoing it used to be an hour on the exercise bike. Now it's walking to the bathroom.

And yes it 'goes away' or stops, but obviously this is not a pseudo anything, but progression.
