    Fat cells and MS

Has any one heard about research using your own fat cells (adipose tissue)being injected into the CNS? I was just asked this question by a lady I work with.
    Thank you,

I googled Adipose Tissue and got this 2010 research article at Clinicaltrials.gov site:

    http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01056471

A newer article is available at americancryostem.com site:

    http://www.americancryostem.com/adip...ple-sclerosis/

It seems that stem cells are harvested from the adipose tissue, based on a quick read.

I hope the links get posted, but if not you can google the search term or either of the sites.

This is what I am familiar with. It does not mention the use of fat cells specifically, but the cells are injected into to CNS.
