Light and Computer issues

My work office just moved to a new office. It is a bright loft and i am having a hard time with my vision. I have a hard time when it is bright. any ideas on how to make this situation OK. there is a glare on the computer and also the bright light makes reading tough
I really appreciate any ideas
I have had bad vision for the past 2 days and it is also making me extremely anxious

There are antiglare screens for monitors that you can buy at any office supply shop. That should help a lot.
