I was wondering how many people here have taken a holistic approach to help with their symptoms of MS. I'm curious to know what all of you have tried including supplements, treatments, diet, etc...
I've seen some things that I would like to try but I am very unsure about certain things so any experience would help me a lot. I would really like to know specifically what has helped you or not. Also if you take any holistic supplements do you still take the standard medications for MS or your symptoms? Thanks!
