Trying to. Help a friend from SC

hi all I have MS and I have a great Dr in Miami Fl. I have a befriend whose sister in law has MS. she lives. In Gilbert SC. Says its near Lexington. She says the dr she is using is offering no meds and she is getting worse I wondered. If some of you could make some recommendations. For her

check on the MSAA website. it's very helpful. I live in Anderson, SC have a great doc. here but that's very far from Lexington.

Is the reason she isn't being offered DMTs because she is PPMS?

Mislux. I honestly did not think of that and don't know I will see if I can find out. You are right that could make a difference except don't they still offer help for symptom relief my understanding is the dr has offered nothing in the way of meds

Did she ask for symptom relief? They might not have been fully informed that she needed it (and depends on what symptoms). I'd be hesitant to blame the neuro unless they flat out refused.
