Bowel movement problem

Linzess helps a bit, but with bloating as a side effect. I find things move slowly down my system, but just kind of stop near the exit . So I use a suppository daily. I can have extremely soft stools that won't exit with the suppository.

I'm sure it is MS causing the problem.

I don't know if this applies toward MS constipation, but a number of people I know have become regular with the old standard of eating an apple a day - a large one. It's a good idea in any case to eat one daily.
