    Anyone have a burning sensation?

I took my Neurontin earlier today and all evening I've had a burning feeling on my skin and across my back. I'm pretty sure this is a nerve pain, but was wondering if anyone else feels this "pain" and knows how it originates.

    Thanks
    Marti

I get that on my arms sometimes. I think it is just neuropathic pain.

Burning sensations are very common in MS. And they hurt. Mine are in my hand and tongue. Neurontin takes care of it. But the drug does strange things to me so I can only take it for two days at most.

Yes, I almost think the Neurontin might have brought on the burning. Not sure, but I do know I am cutting back on it.

Hi marti, My foot is burning now and sometimes both my legs, left hand, arm and tongue will burn off and on. My understanding is it's nerve pain.

I have taken neurotin for years but I don't think it helps much.
