I didn't realize what it was named. But the "spoon theory" has really helped me for years. My family hadn't realized why I had every little thing mentally listed of what I will be doing today and tomorrow.
And, I didn't clean the final coffee stain on the carpet. I just waited until it was dry, and set something over it, so it can't be seen. C, the spoon theory really helped me. Now, I can have another cup of coffee outside when the sun is a little warmer.
My "nonspillable" coffee glass will arrive later this week!
Until then, I have been holding my coffee over a large aluminum pan, while I drink it in the living room.
