    Just joined

Hello. I was diagnosed with MS last August. So far am not on any medication. Reading a lot about diet, exercise, lifestyle. Just joined a support group. Had another MRI this month and will be seeing neurologist in April. Fingers crossed there are no new lesions.

Hi Healing. I was Dx 4.4.12. I came here shortly after Dx and kinda got freaked out by the amount of information and topics I knew next to nothing about. I returned here recently after cruising lots of other MS sites. I'm calm now.

And same thing for me: exercise, water, supplements, lots of reading, LDN.

This is a really good place to learn things.

    Best of luck to you.

      Hello Healing,

I was also dx this past summer and am not on any MS medication - partially because drs think it is progressive. I just started taking Rabaflo for bladder issues.

Also like you, I just took new MRI's (brain, cervical, and thoracic) and will be going to the neurologist next week. Also hoping for no new lesions, though I am not sure if it matters.

I hope you will find this list to be as helpful as I have -- not only because there are so many knowledgeable folks willing to share their experiences and information but also because it makes you realize that you are not alone.

      Welcome and good luck.
PPMS: Dx 9/13 by local neurologist; confirmed by 2 ms specialists in fall/winter 2013-14.
Meds: Rapaflo, Neurontin, multi-vitamin, calcium, baby aspirin, blood pressure medicine. The list keeps increasing as the neuro tackles each symptom.
