Nausea with Ampyra

My sister was diagnosed with MS in 2010 and has been on copaxone. Her major symptom is leg spasticity. Yesterday she started Amprya - fingers crossed!! Just today she has begun to feel nauseated. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and will it fade away as her body adjusts? Would taking it with a meal help? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

I have been on it for 3 yrs and never had a problem but I don't have a sensitive stomach either. It is listed as one of the common side effects, taking with food may help.
