Headache in left eye and temple

I have had an increase in headaches lately. This morning I woke up with a moderate headache in my left temple and eye. It is not going away with Vicodin or caffeine. I guess it could be a migraine in the making. I just don't know what is important and what is not. It is making me dizzy...well, more dizzy than normal

My neuro always tells me this is Trigeminal Neuralgia.

      How is your vision?

I remember the symptoms you describe as the beginning of optic neuritis. Also it was extremely painful to move my eye to look to either side.

Ditto...this is exactly how my ON starts. If it lasts more than 3 days I would go see your Opthalmologist. ON does not require loss of vision.

Hope you are doing better soon.
