Tecfidera: Subtle improvements so soon?

I just started tecfidera (week 3 starts tomorrow) and I'm wondering if I'm having some slight improvement. I feel like my cog fog and energy levels are better than they were before i started. Is this just my imagination or has anyone else improved rather quickly?

I still get some mild flushing and/or mild nausea every second day or so.

I am with you. I went through some terrible fatigue first week of 120. Now i feel pretty good at week 4

I'm at week 8. First 3-4 weeks were awful - gastric pain, vomiting and just exhausted. Now no side effects, my writing has improved significantly and my fatigue has lessened. Who knows - its great tho isn't it!!!
