Medication

I was recently switched to BG-12 from copaxone. I have about a months worth of copax left. Does anybody know of a place I could donate it instead of just having it destroyed?

**MS World Guideline #4 states that: "Offering items for sale, trade, or free are not allowed. Monetary donation solicitations of members by way of e-mail, message board posts or in Chat are also not allowed." It is also not lawful to transfer a prescription from one person to another even if they take that same medication**

It is unfortunate but it is impossible to get rid of perfectly good unused medications. I had 5 months of copaxone and 3 months of gilenya that I had to bring to medical waste collection in my town. It does seem like a waste of money but I believe it is unlawful to give someone any prescription medication.
