Having One of Those Bitter Days

It's been one of those weeks. I seriously cannot walk, thank you flare, but for some insane reason I've been staggering around like a zombie on the Walking Dead, shopping, putting fuel in the car, attracting a lot of worried attention and trying to pretend it's not that bad, really.

Dunno who I'm trying to fool. Probably myself.

There are many, many crappy diseases, but this is right up there.
Never mind, could be worse, and no doubt will be.

Strangely enough, as my motor "skills" have gone downhill, I think my cognitive abilities have improved.

I just read a post from a couple of years ago in which one of us wrote:

"I miss who I was."

Boy if that doesn't say it all in 5 words I don't know what does.
