neuragen PN for burning in feet

I was listening to a CD on chronic pain and this pain specialist mention that this over the counter gel has help some people with neuropathic foot pain. It comes in a very small bottle 0.28 of an ounce and I have seen it cost from $20-30 a bottle. Has any used this med? If so can you give some feedback.

I use it all the time. It works really well - better than meds!

    Good luck with it.

      To ms er since 06

I have just taken a quick glance at this product on Amazon, I see that it comes in both an oil and gel form, which have you used? If you've used both, did you notice any difference?
      Thanks!

I've used both and they both work great. I like the gel better because the oil is messy and it runs. But the oil spreads easier. You might have to put in on twice, but the pain will go away - what a relief.

I don't know what's in this, but it reeks! The whole family knows when I've used it.

I buy it at Walgreens in the diabetic section.

Hope it works for you, too.

Thanks for the info MS ER. I would think the directions are on the bottle but can you share how you use it? How much do you put on etc.

Hi! For the oil, all you do is tip the bottle over, let 3 or 4 drops drip on the area (I do my toes), rub it in, flip and do the other side. You don't have to use much.

For the cream (it comes in a small, round jar), just dip your fingers in and do the same.

The directions say - Apply a small amount to the affected area. Use no more than four times daily.

Uses: For temporary relief of the symptoms of nerve pain, including shooting, burning, tingling and stabbing pain.

Warning: Strong, floral aroma - lol!

When I first bought this I had a question and they were very nice! The toll-free number is 1-888-234-7256.

(I wonder if they sell this at Wal-Mart)?

Hope this helps. Let me know if it works for you!
