    Copaxone itching

Is there anything I can do for the extreme itching?

Don't think about it for at least a day. When I first started copaxone, itching was a problem, and the standard treatments weren't available to me. I over-react to preparation H, so that was out. I found some witch hazel medicated pads that worked for the itching, but I didn't use that for very long, as itching hasn't been a problem for me for years.

If it's injection sight itching, Benadryl cream is a must.

I didn't have any cream available at home when I first noticed the itching. I wait it out and just take a benedryl tablet from time to time when I can't stand it. Works great.

A few of things that worked for me were
            Arnica cream
            Nelsons Pyrethrum
Lanacane cream which has a tiny bit of Local Anaesthetic in it.
Also we have a topical anti-histamine in the UK called Waspeze for wasp stings - that work well.
Benadryl is definitely a really great option too!

Hope you get some relief from the itching soon! :-)
