Hi all, hope you are doing well.

I'm still in limbo and have't posted in a while, but came across some interesting news that has grabbed some attention here in Australia.

It's little things like this that can make a big difference.

The press release announces a press conference and publicizes the people involved, but otherwise is a full page that says virtually nothing about the science (blocking an unnamed protein may help to stop the progression of MS [yawn] ). It looks like we'll have to wait until the abstract of the research is published to get any real information.

While I appreciate Redwings' jaded perspective, I still want to know about articles/press releases like this one. I hope you'll keep posting when you find things like this Starman!

At least the protein is identified, collapsin response mediator protein 2 (CRMP-2).
