Nuvigil Tolerance?

I just started Nuvigil 150mg 1x day. It has worked great. The first day I felt excellent all day and almost forgot I had ms. But in th two days since it has started to where off by the time I get home from work (10 hours). Will this trend continue? Has anyone else had like results?

Nuvigil and I did not make a good match. It kept me awake half the night and itched really bad the following day. Same as you 150mg 1x day.

Had to give it up.

Yes you can build up a tolerance for vyvanse but I have never heard of it happening so quickly. Definitely talk to your doctor and/or pharmasist about it.
