I've been taking Cymbalta for awhile now and it's the ONLY thing that controls my pain. Some days are better than others. But I am very much a believer in this med. I was on 1800 mg. of Gabapentin and it wouldn't even touch my pain as it was more muscular pain vs. nerve pain. Now I can manage well w/ the cymbalta. However, if I overdo it I will still have pain. I need to be careful and watch what I do but cymbalta has really helped with my deep muscle pain.
