    olefactory disfunction in SP....

Again in my RSS feed of the online early addition of the Multiple Sclerosis Journal...

they reported that the Brief Smell Test (B-SIT) was used to explore odour identification in MS.

the conclusion was ordour identification provided a good discrimination between RRMS & SPMS. A systematic assesment of olefactory function may contribute to the clinical markers of SP.

my comment: another clinical marker besides the EDSS scale.
