Hi, The nutritionist I work with suggests the following to her MS clients..... 2 tablespoons Cod liver oil, 2400 units vit E and 5 grams of Lecithin taken daily, all 3 items together before night time rest and away from other foods. I am wondering how Tara may or may not offer an opinion on this or if any others have anything to add. I have been doing this for some time and I do not have any side effects. I also understand that any measurable change may take considerable time, yet I know that my MS did not get to this point overnight either. Please comment.
