mixing up words??

seems to be worse when i am tired - but calling it word fishing works! It;s like the word is right there in the corner of your barin, but you just can't get it to come out of your mouth.

Ahh!!!The case of the missing words..that is frustrating,I also personally like the random,from who knows where in my brain that flys into the sentence.Here is a great example...Can someone take the dog out? can come out...can some one take the tv on??????Most days it is cause for a real good laugh...others kind of concerning.Most of these symptoms give us a much needed laugh,as they are only frustrating not harmful.

Here's wishing all a "throw in word"..just for a much needed laugh!!!!(Of course not in a important discussion).
