Severe fatigue, weakness and feeling ill has become my biggest and most debilitating problem.
Since I have these issues on an almost constant basis now, I'm understanding how easily even mild activities can exacerbate them.
But something new (and weird, to me, at least) has started to happen over the past couple months.
About 5-10 minutes after finishing a full meal (as oppose to a snack) I start to feel very ill, overwhelmingly tired, will get overheated and often sweat and often feel out of breath or like I can't breath.
I will feel ok before eating and then after the meal I will feel horrible for at least 45 minutes or longer. Often, the rest of the night.
It happens most of the time I eat a regular meal...and I'm not overeating, either. I've actually eaten meals where I HAVE eaten a lot and felt no change for the worse.
I don't know if it's because my body is using energy to digest and it's just too much of a pull on my already taxed system or if something else is going on.
Also, want to note that I notice this change from ok to bad because when I'm already feeling as bad as I'm describing, I don't ever make it to eating a meal. So I only eat meals when I'm feeling well enough to do so.
And that adds to the frustration because I spend so little of my time feeling 'ok' that it really irks me that something I have to do in order live - eat - is making me sick!
It's only in the past couple weeks that I realized this problem has become a regular occurance...but only started about 2-ish months ago...
I have no clue! There's nothing I can pinpoint that I've changed med-wise or diet wise or anything for that matter that could account for this problem.
