    VA Christmas Gift

The VA has denied my MS claim. The package should be in the mail today, but I have already been told of the denial. I'm not sure what their rationale means, but it does mean I go to the back of the appeals line. I hope others have a better experience than I have had. If you didn't have PTSD before you filed a claim, you'll have it by the time your claim is finally resolved.

I know how you feel. I filed for my VA Benefits under Catastrophic Disabilities. The VA doctor is picking my medical records apart. I finally got it down where he has asked for one specific thing that I will get tomorrow. Nothing with the VA is easy!!

I filed a NOD directly to Under Secretary Allison Hickey. MS is now service connected and I am now rated 100% T&P. I still have a vision C&P left what residual damage is left from optic neuritis.
