Well, I had my observation "first" dose yesterday in the doctor's office. It was a long day but I brought plenty to keep me busy, got some of my Christmas cards written and brought a blanket so I had a little nap. 
I did well,
blood pressure and pulse stayed steady (yay!), no obvious symptoms other than I felt a little tired. BUT I was up late and then up early so that probably was why.
Today took my first "solo" dose and seem to be doing fine.
Lots of prayers were lifted up on my behalf and so I am thanking God and the faithful prayers of the "saints" for seeing me through thus far. Hoping this remains and I can stay on the oral med for a good while...AND that it keeps the MonSter at bay.
