Hello everyone,
I have to admit, I am glad that I found this site which has been extremely helpful with various topics.
My symptoms started shortly after Mothers Day (although everything makes sense now with problems I have had for years). A week after Mother's Day I found myself in ER with a headache, dizziness, overall achy feeling. I was scared I was having a stroke or heart attack (altho I'm in my 30's and felt I was too "young" for that"). The ER doctor sent me home dehydrated and I was not happy with this and went to my primary doctor the following week who sent me for an MRI and to a Neurologist. After 2 MRI's of my brain, one on the spine and a spinal tap it was confirmed (even though it showed in the first MRI and symptoms matched).
I have experienced fatigue for YEARS and have complained about it for years, the first time I went to ER with the same symptoms was three years ago and was diagnosed with anxiety. I have had several "diagnoses" though out the years, and was actually relieved when I got a final on the MS.
I've been taking Tec for a week and a half and not sure how I feel about the meds, but thankfully I have amazing people in my life who have helped me get through everything. It's nice to know there is a place that others can come together.
I look forward to speaking with all of you!
