Hi I have had MS for 38 years. Doing well. Able to hold a full time job with taking medication. At this point I cannot jump down from things with out trying to fall, eye take a long time to ajust to the dark, looks like a fussy TV screen, speech starts to change letters around or unable to say the word even though I can hear in my head or see it. Touch cold causes cramping. Love the outdoor and the heat but hate the cold. Love life and my cup is alwas 1/2 full.

I have only been diagnosed with MS for about 2 1/2 months. It is great to hear from somebody who has had it for so long and still has a positive attitude! I try to keep a positive attitude, and I think I have done pretty well with it. My family and friends have been really supportive and positive through this whole experience.

      Welcome!

The positive for me started when I finally got diagnosed with MS and at last knew the critter that was causing me so much trouble.
Just knowing what you are dealing with after so many years is a big plus...a positive thing....just like this site....

Welcome! I'm new here as well. Hoping I can spread some positivity here too. I was diagnosed in 2005. The first few years were the hardest, but now that I've completely changed my way of eating and the way I deal with stress, I'm doing so much better and have not had a relapse in many years.
