avonex wow
I have been on avonex for almost a year now and forgot to take my ibuprofen and boy did I pay the price..... first the sheets hurt my body chills....up and down all nite long. I bet I don't forget the ibuprofen again, usually its not that BIG of a deal with the ibuprofen sllep right through it.

I know what you mean. I've been on Avonex for ten years and last year I forgot my second dose of Advil and the chills were horrible. It just takes that once to make you remember. -
I had that problem last shot night. I kept waking up hurting from the sheets touching my skin.
I really hope one of these days the side effects go away!Comment

Don't think they go away, we just have to make sure we prepare ourselfs so they are not as bad.AnitaComment

I had my first 2-Alleve day. I think it can get better, but for me, it's been very gradual - 2 years to get to this point. The first 6 months were terrible, but everyone is different.
I take my shots as early in the morning as possible. I was never able to sleep through the night after a shot. I may try it one day in the future, but exactly as described here, the pill wears off and I can't take one while sleeping.Comment
